My take on AI and product regulation:
Executives at these companies should be required to use their own products the same way the average customer does, personally and with their families. If TikTok users spend 95 mins/day, so should the execs’ kids.
If Coca-Cola customers drink one every 4 days, so should their grandmas, dads, sons, and daughters.
Same with ChatGPT, weapons manufacturers, and tobacco companies.
I bet we’d see better, more responsible decisions.
