As an Ops Mgr in a small/medium size general contractor in Toronto we are using AI to supplement our project support staff to make them more efficient. However, it's a learning curve and I'm concerned with some of my staff not learning the skills and just letting AI do the job. AI can get things wrong and if you don't know how to do something or have an idea about the task it can lead you to make mistakes. I'm all for learning how to integrate AI more though.
