An extremely easy solution would have been to make the A.I actually send a D.M to said artist that an image belonged to and asks them if it is okay if it can use their work. Super simple. ChatGPT uses agent mode now and can interact with the website and even log into accounts using a Linux machine. This could have easily been done. But the thing is..... Humans as a whole are not ethical. People as a whole don't give a shit about artist. So an ethical solution will never happen. Artists should just start working and creating things for themselves. Create your own comics, webtoons, illustrations. Games, etc. make the industry only accessible to artists and that's it. People who don't have an artistic bone in their body should not reap the benefits from people who pursue art.
