AI should be a teacher, learning from art that is given willingly and then teaching it to people so they can become artists. But instead AI is taught by stolen art, and it is often used in bad ways. When I make art I do what I'm good at and what I like, and if I learn stuff along the way then I will incorporate it into my style as a whole. I love drawing landscapes, cell shading, or using cross hatching for shading. Since I don't like using color, and I'm not good at drawing anything living, I stick to the things I'm good at and the things I like to make art I'm happy with. If someone reads this far, try drawing a variety of things in different styles and color pallettes until you find something you like, and keep drawing that. Drawing should be fun, and if you want to take it further than drawing the stuff you like then you can always seek out the knowledge or the ways to take it further. The option to go further is always there for anyone who wants it.
