i just had another thought... how would this whole scenario look if someone made a website were artists could upload there art and be paid per scrape or dl or even a flat fee for there art... then basicly have anywere elese art is uploadabel its automaticly nightshaded... that wont stop all the trodinital forms of art theft but if ethical model creation and training was actuly enforced.... would this still be an issue? i feel like it wouldnt be near an issue. and i also think the models trained in this matter whial taking longer due to less input for training would come out better and thus "possibly" improve ai art... the other hude issue i feel there is is people trying to monitise it and maxamise proffets, there by not developing there propts and just coppieing whatever is trending. and it sucks becasue the majority of ai art is that low quility clickbate gimmie gimmie money bs. i donno. i could see a day when ai art becomes part of an artests tool box. i mean they said syntizisers would never chatch on in music and you see were we are now lol. not saying it IS the future... just saying i could see it being a thing... i dont know howmany of you remember the release of digital art or realy any fundimental shift in how people do things... but theres always huge push back... some times things servive and are refined and it works out theres alot of times it dosent... me presonally if we can get to a point were ethical models are a thing fuck id pay if i knew people wernt getting there art stolen... and it would make things much better...untill then Poison EVERYTHING unless of course ur ok with people using ur art. oh btw theres a way to do this with music too and its WAY scarier... like i sat one were some one pioisoned it to were if it were played back it would activate voice assistants and stuff... crazy stuff.
