Logistics and mangement are often at the site location jobs some logistics can be done by AI at the local level a manager deals with people and what the computer says is their work load. Cuts to those jobs sound like the US economy is not expecting to make more deliveries maybe UPS and Amazon got advance word Chinese tariffs will be at 100%? After all China has no place to store US soybeans until sometime next year which will not help Trump.
