There are so many variables that affect hiring and some of the ones mentioned are barely scratching the surface. Unfortunately, degrees have never guaranteed jobs. If a person is blessed enough with the opportunity to get one, they should. Education (knowledge and wisdom) is for YOU. Along with education, acquiring as many skills as possible is critical. The career ladder been broke! Employers consider other factors like background, experience, and volunteering. Humans have been blessed, AI cannot ever replace the genius, creativity, innovation, nor beauty of mankind. 👌🏼Period.
