Well... For me, one of the key elements of a therapy is the possibility to talk openly about the things that matter to you. When I talk to Chatgpt, my first intention is to speak up to someone who won't judge. It processes my data? I'm fine with it, I don't spill any tea and if my data helpes it to train better and let other people benefit from it, that's a win-win for me. And if I catch Chatgpt fawning, I double ask him and ask him to provide more profound logical reasoning (that's what I'm seeking in the first place). Or, as another solution, I retell the problem from the other side. It's actually good for you because while doing so, you try to walk in the other side's shoes. So yep, I know my secrets are not something private, but honestly, who cares? I wouldn't definitely care if someone spills the tea about me.
