I’m definitely not a fan of Bezos or Amazon. I’ve canceled my prime membership to get that point across. However, human beings have done a terrible job of delivering on what Amazon‘s business model promises. Things arrive late. The wrong product arrives. I get charged twice things, get left on my door stolen. Sometimes orders never arrive at all. It’s a constant fiasco. I’m all for automating this process of making it more streamlined less expensive and accurate. I’m a consumer because of my health I’m stuck at home. I try and use other services as much as possible, but sometimes it’s the only solution for me.
Something has got to give here!
Because as it has existed up until now has been a total SS!
