I had a comment and it somehow disappeared while I was trying to clarify it. Anyway the text in quotes that says it is the limiation of liability and indemnity clause of Midjourney's TOS is a quote from the blog of a lawyer who is an advocate for businesses using AI more. I'm just noting this so if anyone wants to cite or reference it they realize to take it from the actual TOS, though it's all in lawyer-ese. I tried copying it here in case anyoen wanted to see the wording but I'm guessing that got flagged or something. It's section 10 if you want to find it.
