The end result is not good -- not good at all. You will have a very large mass of people who are unable to get jobs due to AI. How will they subsist? How will they contribute to society? For example, if I were 30, jobless due to AI, and living with my parents in order to survive, what are my prospects for marriage, buying a house, and raising a family? Answer: none! Now, multiply this millions of times over! It's unthinkable!
