Big shout out to Mr Hinton, you need to get into Politics get some intellingence going that way. I have a long background in business management, While AI initially was the fantastic made efficiences, policy, customer service but it could not function without human interaction. Now and particularly after Covid/lock down and working from home. AI is the lead often now without Human Interaction.. For that reason I have seen really bad practice going back in decades. Most entities google now including Doctors/NHS, but business are following answers from google which looks to pull down information from known policy/laws etc but it is not good enough or specific enough to detail the dates its pulling is information from so often business now are following policies/processes from the 80s DPA v GDPA classic example. If we want people to interact and be part of the solution they have to be part of the process. It was not so long ago business world wide went down because of Microsoft crash most business use that and yet losing that much control overnight. I personally saw company losses for that small period but I also so how business just stopped. I am struggling going back to work under 80s ways already seen how that was tried/tested and changed. So now all these press a button, cant talk to anyone has removed a public service that should not be forgotten. People need help not avoidance.
