AI can't hold copyrights so if someone want's to use ai generated art that copies human art style and it looks close enough it's basis for lawsuit on argument that someone using AI stole your work since it can't make something new on it's own without database which would include art work of similiar style, in my opinion problem here isn't whether or not AI should be able to copy a style it's a problem of someone using AI as a front for stealing someones art, in the end it strikes to one question should AI generated art be allowed in comercial use and as long as we stick to our current economical structure the answer should be it shouldn't be allowed.
