Having dabbled in AI image generation myself, I can at least attest that generating exactly what you're looking for does take a reasonable amount of programming skill. It is much more complex than simply putting text into a box. There's an entire node-based programming language involved.
But, see that's the stickler: PROGRAMMING skill. These AI "artists" are NOT artists. They are programmers. That is a skill to be proud of, to be sure, but... stay in your lane, tech-bro. You're not an artist.
