The entire production and transportation chain will have all the human labor costs extracted from it. The result will be something like a $1,000 iphone costing $5 bucks or something ludicrously low like that. Families of four persons might be comfortably living on $250/mnth or less. Remember that with robot labor farming will expand to include all arable land because it will be cheap to do so. The limit will be water but given robot labor huge water pipelines and canals could be built quickly across entire areas. Robots will be mining the ore and producing all the piping, etc. Also planting and harvesting all the food. Food costs will nose dive. ---What this will do is allow govts to tax the robot and AI companies and give that living wage to citizens. ---AI almost guarantees unemployment but it also will eliminate the profit motive of companies as there won't be humans running those companies. Will AI try to extort money from another AI? ---So basically I think that AI along with humanoid robotics will result in abundance and will virtually eliminate capitalism over time. Capitalism is based solely on supply and demand... on goods and services being rare. What happens when all goods and services are readily available and almost free? Capitalism won't survive.
