AI is just a software that is thriving because of so much computing power we have. It could have happened 50 years ago but we lacked computing power. Learning how to code doesn’t necessarily mean you do it to find a job, it’s good to know and you could build software for communities. If a “Data Center” becomes so powerful and with the power of AI could be used as a cyber weapon. I think they should pass a bill to make AI be mandatory Open Source and make the category of data that is being trained on public. Data + Algorithms = Software. Massive Data + Algorithms = AI.
