Brother, it's all just a function aproximator that outputs one token at a time. Literally the best an LLM can do is to replicate human speech. There is no intelligence. If it looks or feels intelligent to us, that says more about us and how our cognitive skills are shaped by our ability to talk. Will y'all stop fearmongering?
