Well I'm no guy with law degree but is giving an example of a scholar or researcher actually viable because gpt is a product which is utilizing their provided information to profit of customers( atleast from people who are paying) and again this also falls in the question of should we consider an ai as a human researcher or should we deny it the same right? .
