After analyzing this video, I conclude that OpenAI/Micro$oft and IBM wants to make AI work like in Big Parma where only the big ones who endure many regulations in order to function are only allowed.
Also, what I see in ChatGPT especially the plugin and the way they market it is it trying to emulate WeChat methods on controlling all things into one but for AI, and having the good side of the government to them(Like in Tencent's closeness to China) Its a sure win to stifle any competition by killing potential stragglers .
