To give some perspective if I remember correctly, the first Supreme Court case dealing with radio was in 1929 - 9 years after the first continuous public station, but one had been attempted 20 years earlier in the San Jose area, and radio had been used for over 20 years. The fact we have cases about AI and other online things this soon before the Supreme Court shows it's important versus other new tech.
