What the Filipinos problem about so much is how the corrupt politicians and all those involved in flood control projects be put to jail and how the chains of corruption in the government be ended. If the Phillippines becomes a communist country, for example and like Xi Jinping will be the president of the country and he has exactly the vision of what exactly and progressive is China now, that's the time when we will be in uncertainty regarding Artificial intelligence. Corrupt officials in the government are more intelligent than AI now.
