Thats why i personly think Copyright should not be a thing at all. We are almost flooded with art, even without ai, that there is no option left wich is fair to every artist. In my eyes Art should be free to anyone. it should be a passion or a hobby, but not a job. Copyright restrictions also result in censorship like problems. For example... if its not allowed to make a fanfiction of a universe or something like a game mod, cause a big company forbids it, there will never be something new. Everything gets boring after a while. and if you restrict creativity or restrictcombinations of older/already created art its only getting worse. Yeah, sure. you could argue that the fanfiction is sort of stolen too. but if you consider that almost every piece of art is created with inspiration from other works or existing things, then art was stolen since it exists.Okay now an extreme example. Think about anime Artworks... what if i would restrict Manga art to the inventor of manga art? We would never get a new anime universe again. It may be a drastic choice, but in my eyes Art should never be a thing to make money in the first place. it should be a passion, and the reward should be a good reputation. but not more. Art can be very hard to create and many pictures may earn more than just a good reputation, but you can make money with pictures of poop too if your marketing works right. so its dumb to make it easier for such artists. just think about theese stupid "surpreme" shirts. do you think it was hard to create this stupid logo? no. but they made money with this lazy "art" or better called, this lazy meme. and if they would consider a copyright strike cause some other person sold a "surpreme"t shirt or brick or whatever, they would win it. even if the other person created his own surpreme shirt in blue and not in red. without stealing ideas or art, we had never got a red haired anime girl instead of a black haired anime girl. Copyright is just a Thing for companies like Warner or disney to make unfairly high amounts of money with low effort. they can sell as much darth vader shirts as they want... but can you do?
