One thing I think that is not talked about enough in relation to AI is legal liability. In the UK professional indemnity insurance is a statutory obligation and you cannot call yourself an architect without passing the part 3 exam. If a building you signed off on falls down or catches fire due to unsafe materials you are liable. In the case of Grenfell tower many people died. If the design and spec of buildings is left to AI and something goes badly wrong is the AI company then liable?
