Agenda 21 and 2030 will depend heavily on this AI. It is being tuned and perfected in China however the USA, UK and hundreds of other countries were already sold out to this (USA, Barack Obama, 2016, David Cameroon UK 2016 and before that, adopted by 178 countries in 1992. The plan is based upon a program to abolish poverty and protect “fragile environments” by “properly” managing cities. Some charge the program wants to push all citizens into cities. Since human police and militaries would rebel to brutal enforcement AI would be substituted similar to Skynet. To think you can ban autonomous weapons is foolish.
