Oh hell, no I’m legally blind. I already have to deal with electric cars that I can’t hear almost been hit twice. Then they came up with driverless cars. Yeah I can’t wait to interact with one of those and now you want me to have to cross the street with some driverless semi trucks no way in hell no way I don’t want a multi thousand pound vehicle with nobody behind the wheel now, I wouldn’t mind some Navy emergency equipment in that truck kind of like what’s in the Tesla especially when it wakes you up, but I don’t want one driving itself down the road. The technology doesn’t work that well. I guess it’s fine for a little tiny meal deliveries, but there is no way I want to tangle with self driving cars and trucks and trying to have to cross the street and hoping they can identify a cane or a guide dog and that doesn’t count my friend he doesn’t use one and she’s blind as well just in a different way no way.
