To be clear, i don't see the harm of someone using an AI model trained by someone that is offering it for free, on their own computer, generating locally, without, without internet, without using any of the pay per use corps, and without extra resources consumed, as long as the art is used for personal use and not to sell or for profit. I absolutely agree companies trying to make any money on those (or just people, seen several 'AI artists' selling commissions) are stealing people's artwork for profit, and at the very least it should be regulated, if not stopped.I figure many here will say 'double standard' and attack me for it. (Also, while I agree about the video, i feel exposing what those people did on that AI generation website, even without names, feels a bit mean.
