The majority of the cost of art isn't even in the looks, it's the labour, that's why prints are so much cheaper than the real work. Using this knowledge we can determine that ai 'art' has little to no value which is the only reason museums and rich people buy the art in the first place. Other things that create value in art that an ai does not have is a person behind it who is significant, an expensive medium like oil, uniqueness, meaning and rarity. For your average commission orderer they care more about sentimentality (pets and people) and extreme customization (oc drawings and things too specific for an ai to currently replicate), I think the only people who think this is going to replace artists is someone who has never dabbled in the industry, the fact that a human is behind it matters too much and value matters a lot also (see how NFTs took off for a while but then became irrelevant due to their lack of effort and quality)
