I'm sorry but this just isn't true. Yes, human art is generally preferred and in my opinion the story behind the art and the actual skill and technique behind it is more important, but AI is catching up and in many cases overtaking. I have already seen people being shown two paintings, a genuine artists work, and an AI generation, except they were tricked about which was which. They all agreed the AI slop (the true art) lacked soul and depth and story, which the artists work (the AI generation) had. I've done the same to family members with Nano Banana and Seedream. And it's only getting better.. I saw a crucifixion painting done by the new Nano Banana Pro that I would have bet my life was done by a human.
