If someone goes to AI, make me... and someone doesn't do work on it, there is no IP protection. What are you worried about. If AI is used as a tool and someone can legally protect their IP, then its a tool helping build something. Quit crying and learn how to use it. It's amazing tech and can work like a prosthetic, an extension of human creativity and innovation.
