Perhaps the officer did not see the driver's seat vacant to determine its a driverless vehicle. Or perhaps hes a one track mind and all he saw was defiance and delay verses the reality. For many drivers today, it definitely helps to have a working dash cam to show time date stamp along real cam footage to help the officers gain that point of view puzzle piece. Yup they're human too and often do not gather either enough pr accurate information about a given such scenario. Officers we love you but you could use the occasional enlightenment ;)
