At least for the US. I think deep fakes are going to be very hard to prove in court. For starters, they would have to prove the AI used minor bodies in their training model. Second, people have rights to photography so if it's an image they took, theres that aspect. They also have rights to freely transform. It's not actually that person's body. I know the US. They're going after it with the Revenge p*** angle which is fair, but I wonder if it will stand up long-term in the courts. I really don't see a great end to this issue unfortunately.
