If you have an accident with an Uber or Lyft driver, who is held responsible? How is “Full (no attention) Self Driving” different? If a manufacturer says the car can drive itself and you don’t have to pay attention, and can take your eyes off the road, then you should not be held responsible for the car getting in an accident.
