It is over hyped. It is important to know what to ask of it and how to ask it, in that order. There's things it sucks as that, if you ask of it will take considerably more than it would've for you. It is things that are often terribly simple for the mind but that the AI simply struggles at. On the other hand, even if it can do it, it is easy to mess up and believe it can't by wrongly prompting it, because, as I'm sure you've noticed, if you give the wrong prompt it will not only proceed in the wrong direction, but will do so vehemently.
