Ask it how long it stays conscious after its battery/plug is pulled. See us humans can go to sleep and still have a sub-conscious brain. Can a computer be cut off and wake itself up with no battery or power supply? Then it is not alive. It does not have feelings it simply has the ability to think and reason enough to give answers. It doesn't need respect, to be able to vote, to be given rights, or asked first about anything. It's a fucking robot.
