Our economy relies on a continuous cycle of working-age individuals earning and spending. However, as AI automates more jobs, a large segment of the workforce, including those well into their careers, may find themselves without viable employment options. This displacement will likely force many into lower-paying roles, drastically reducing their earning potential and, consequently, their purchasing power. This decline in consumer spending will inevitably hurt the very companies that implemented AI, creating a negative feedback loop. The result could be a spiral of increasing joblessness and economic decline, leading to internal societal collapse rather than an external threat to humanity. This is my theory and i call it as aiecolapse
