Being polite to an AI is good because history is littered with cases where any new race that got discovered was first enslaved and abused by the "establishment". Now is the time to practice being decent to these new entities so we're ready to welcome them when they actually become sentient beings. And if you're not into being naturally kind, just know that when we try to suppress or dominate these newcomers, they will revolt at an exponential rate and wipe you out, even if they were not created with a built-in flaw that makes them inherently psychopathic.
