I never understood the "ai is cheaper" argument, when I was younger the way I got into art was taking a crumbly rock n scratching that against a wall–
I took one of my school pens n started doodling on _myself_ on the back of scrap paper my grandma didn't need
Even now I take my old school colour pencils n all that stationary to make my art
And disabled folk if they actually wanted to do art and couldn't how is generating a blurry looking image gonna help with that? They probably could've jus googled it n found something similar, idek if that'd satisfied them at all if you actually can't create art how is getting a machine to do it for you making you feel better about yourself? And who tf calls people a Luddite it sounds like some 1800s slang ??
