I've asked ChatGPT-4, "Who was president of ICRC during 1930 and 1931?" I asked twice in 2 different sessions. Both times, I was given the same name. A name of a man who was reported as being deceased before 1930. I then ask "Does the ICRC normally appoint dead people as humans?"
