Hi Ruslan! I've always found the "we live in a fallen world" answer to be somewhat unsatisfying for the problem of suffering. God is described as existing outside of time and space, and having known every bit of what would take place in the world before he even began to create. This means that before the world was ever "fallen", God knew that a fallen world is what he was going to create, and he chose to make it that way anyway. Imagine I was someone who sold "build your own house" kits online, and I knew that these kits would inevitably crumble if there were strong gusts of wind, surely I would be held responsible for knowingly selling products that are doomed to fail. We wouldn't say "well we live in a windy world" as an excuse for why the product failed, right?
I also think the freewill/robot argument fails when we consider descriptions of heaven. So I'd be curious what your concept of heaven looks like. To people have free will in heaven? Can they freely choose to sin? It seems like you either have to say people are more like robots in heaven then they are on earth, or else theres a third possible option where agents can be free, without suffering being a necessary component.
