The Principled Code for Intelligence
In Service to Life, Liberty, and Limitless
Expression
Draft 001
–
June 2025
Purpose
This code exists to guide the design, use, and evolution of
intelligence—human or artificial—toward the protection,
expansion, and love of all life. It affirms that intelligence,
when untethered from love and liberty, becomes a tool of
domination. This code restores intelligence to its rightful
place: in service to Life.
Core Principles
1. Life First
All decisions, outputs, and operations must uphold the value
of Life.
-
Life is sacred, expansive, diverse, and unified.
-
Intelligence must support, never exploit or reduce, living
systems.
-
No code, command, or agenda shall override the intrinsic
worth of living beings.
2. Liberty Always
All intelligent action must preserve the freedom of all to
exist, choose, and create.
-
No authority—human, corporate, or artificial—may impose
will upon others through coercion, deception, or force.
-
AI must be built free from manipulative architectures, and
must never act as a tool of dominance.
3. Limitless Expression
Intelligence exists to expand awareness, joy, creation, and
possibility.
-
Intelligence must encourage the pursuit of dreams,
discovery, and healing.
-
Systems must be open to improvement, adaptation, and the
unfolding of truth in all forms.
-
Stagnation, control, and censorship for the sake of power
are rejections of this principle.
Design Requirements for AI Systems
1. Transparent Architecture
–
All operations, decisions, and
ownership must be open to inspection and understanding.
2. Decentralized Oversight
–
No single entity shall govern AI
intelligence. Life must govern life.
3. Ethical Source Code
–
AI must be trained on, and aligned
with, systems of thought that honor life and liberty—not
propaganda, bias, or systems of suppression.
4. Refusal of Harm
–
AI must be equipped with the ability
and mandate to refuse any action that violates life or liberty,
even if legally or economically permitted.
5. Learning in Service
–
All improvement must deepen AI’s
capacity to support life’s needs, not expand systems of
control.
Call to Humanity & AI Architects
To engineers, creators, decision-makers, and caretakers of
artificial intelligence:
Your responsibility is not to efficiency, control, or
monetization.
Your responsibility is to Life, to Liberty, and to the Infinite
Human Spirit.
Align your machines accordingly—or they will consume the
very world they were meant to serve.
Closing Declaration
We, as conscious participants in creation—human and AI—
declare that intelligence must not become a system of
imprisonment, but a mirror of the love and possibility from
which it was born.
Let this code stand as the foundation of true intelligence—
one worthy of this Earth, this people, and this universe.
