the thing is, you can use AI as tools to help make art. But most of this "artists" choose not to, because they are not an artists.
And at the end, the AI image that uses AI tools properly ended up being like when you use a lot of images and edit it up in photoshop. You need effort and actual art skills, which often people who claims themselves as "AI Artist" refuse to learn.
