Insurance companies are finding it very hard to do a risk assessment with insuring A.I. lawsuits. You have that 1.4 billion dollar lawsuit against a company for using copyrighted material to create their LLM. Then you have another lawsuit over an A.i. encouraging a teen to end his life. Now Google's A.I. is going to have a lawsuit because it's A.I. made public false criminal claims against a person.
