Yang got shunned for UBI by the very demographic of workers that have and will continue to be displaced first when AI and automation grows further. That’s the only income hope they might have, without those handouts, they won’t have a single dollar to earn. Yang proposed taxation on these corporations that will only exponentially grown in profit selling to the same consumers that will continue to be hurt from job loss and responsibility. That was called socialist too. Never ceases to amaze me how the ultra rich command a loyal bunch of blue collar Americans. Get educated people, if you don’t vote in policies, we’ll all be starving while the billionaires make more billions with AI
