"EU hopes to lead the way in AI regulation." Since we lost the AI battle let's just regulate the competition away. Europe is really going into the digital shitter. We are so behind it's stupid. Even China is ahead of us, and they were a third world country a few decades ago. If we could only export regulation as a product, that would be something.
