In my opinion, visual ai is completely fine as long as the images generated aren't called "yours", I think it's very useable for refrence images(like let's say you got a tree monster image but you don't think it's enough for a reference, you can load it into an ai program and get multiple angles, poses and some differences, now you can have hundreds if not more references.)
