This video is true, and it’s not true. AI doesn’t operate by itself, someone needs to drive the bus. AI will boost the productivity of the most productive people. The need for the numbers of employees will decline. The least productive people won’t have a place to hide. Since the 1970’s all increases in profits from productivity went to the CEO’s, CFO’s, VP’s, etc. With more unemployment, work force salaries will stall or decline. Until the new tech creates new opportunities, and the most productive move to the new jobs or self-employment and the company’s need to call back the least productive people again, now assisted by AI for less money relative to inflation. Management will be more wealthy. YOUR MISSION IS TO BE COMPETITIVE.
