10:01 the thing is you either want an a.i thats very dumb or very smart but anything in between is dangerous in that you either want it dumb enough to just able to tell it not to do something and it doesn't or its smart enough and wise enough to have reasoned out why it shouldn't do it ... or put anther way you want a ai guided bomb thats dumb enough that you can say if the target isn't exactly this then then dont explode or smart enough that it has ethical problems with killing people lol
