Yes! but also before AI, real artists were doing the same boring mistake of just drawing cliche stuff.
Btw for the same reasons I find Vtubers boring as well, they put on a character that looks good but can't emote remotely like a real human so its boring, and theres little intention behind each face, just math finding a preset automatically
