Rhett, seeing this alot as various content creators (or content pirates condensing other people's work into their own synopses & commentary) are launching out into AI-assisted or generated content. Elon Musk has weird-looking extended political commentaries that are either a subset of what he is doing on Youtube or are someone else's artificial content totally AI-generated using Musk's image & voice print. It is creepy. Same with Victor Davis Hanson, who does extensive political and historical commentary of his own and in interviews with other podcasters, and then there is an entire subset of what is very clearly AI content that edits out his many speech pauses, clips the spaces between statements or thoughts, and makes him look 'oil painty' like you described. Getting very hard to know what is true anymore as AI gets better exponentially very quickly. I fear for the future of truth.
