My stance on this is that if you aren't that good at drawing, you are on a tight budget (thinking games specifically) and you need some concept art or art for that project you can use AI to speed it up. If you have the capital or skills then by all means making it yourself should be prefered. By no means can AI art be considered the same as human art and shouldnt be, but at the same time i find it facinating.
